1.5 ThankYou Points per USD on spend in European Economic Area currencies, against 3 per USD on other non-AED spend. Citi's EEA list is EUR, BGN, HRK, CZK, DKK, HUF, PLN, RON, SEK, ISK, NOK and CHF. Sterling is not on that list, so UK spend in GBP earns the full non-AED rate. In Perkly's terms that is about 0.9% back, not the international rate shown above.
