Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

This notice explains what intellectual property Perkly ("Perkly", "we", "us", or "our") owns, what belongs to others, and how you may and may not use it. It applies to the website at perkly.ae and our related tools (the "Service") and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. What Perkly Owns

The following are owned by or licensed to Perkly and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

  • The Perkly name, wordmark, logo, slogan, and brand assets;
  • The website, including its design, layout, structure, and overall look and feel;
  • The software, code, and matching logic that power the Service; and
  • The selection, arrangement, curation, and presentation of information on the Service: the way we organise, structure, reposition, and present product information to enable matching.

The Perkly name and wordmark are our trade marks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

2. What Perkly Does Not Own

Perkly does not own, and does not claim any ownership of, the underlying financial product information presented on the Service. Specifically:

  • Bank and provider names, brand names, logos, and trade marks are the property of their respective owners.
  • Product names, features, benefits, fees, rates, terms, and conditions are determined and published by the relevant banks and providers, and are sourced from external sources, primarily the providers' own websites and public materials.

This factual product information belongs to, and remains the responsibility of, the relevant providers. Perkly claims no copyright or ownership over it.

3. Perkly's Role

Perkly gathers publicly available product information and represents and repositions it, organising and presenting it in a consistent way so that it can be matched against your profile. We reference bank and provider names and product details only to identify and describe those products accurately for matching purposes.

This use is for identification and descriptive purposes only. It does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any provider, unless expressly stated on the Service.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, as set out in our Terms of Service. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, extract, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service (including our compilation and presentation of product information, our matching logic, our design, or our brand) except as expressly permitted. Misuse may result in legal action, as set out in our Terms of Service.

5. Third-Party Rights and Corrections

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a provider or rights holder and believe that any content on the Service infringes your rights, or that any product information is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us at admin@perkly.ae and we will review and respond.

6. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Changes are effective when posted.
