This Disclosure explains how Perkly ("Perkly", "we", "us", or "our") earns revenue, and just as importantly, why that revenue never affects the recommendations you receive. It applies to your use of the website at perkly.ae and our related tools (the "Service") and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

We believe you should know exactly how Perkly makes money. Being open about it is the only way we can credibly promise that our recommendations are made for you, not for our partners.

1. Perkly Is Free for You

Using Perkly costs you nothing. There is no fee, subscription, or charge to use the Service or to receive a recommendation at any point in your journey. Any revenue Perkly earns comes from external partners, never from you.

2. How Perkly Earns Revenue

Perkly earns revenue in two main ways:

Referral commissions. When a user chooses to apply for a product through Perkly and is approved, the relevant bank or provider may pay Perkly a commission. This commission is paid by the provider, at no additional cost to you.
Advertising and marketing. Banks and providers may pay Perkly to display advertising (such as banners, sponsored placements, or featured campaigns) or to run marketing on their behalf. This is also paid by the provider, not by you.

We may add or adjust revenue arrangements over time, but the principles set out in this Disclosure will continue to apply to all of them.

3. Revenue Never Influences Our Recommendations

This is the part that matters most.

Our recommendations are based entirely on your profile and the information you share, and on which product genuinely fits you best. No commission, advertising payment, fee, or commercial arrangement of any kind influences, changes, or biases which product the Service recommends.

A provider paying a higher commission does not move its product up. A provider that advertises with us does not earn a better match. The result is determined solely by the fit between your profile and the product. If a product is not right for you, we will not recommend it, regardless of what it pays us.

4. Advertising Is Kept Separate from Recommendations

Where Perkly displays advertising or sponsored content, it is independent of the matching results. Advertising and sponsored placements are identifiable as such, and they do not form part of, or affect, the personalised recommendations the Service generates from your profile. Seeing a provider advertise on Perkly does not mean that provider will be recommended to you.

5. Our Promise

We will always recommend what fits best, not what pays best. That promise is the foundation of the Service, and this Disclosure exists to hold us to it.

6. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Changes are effective when posted.
